If this were a school night, and my lads were at home, supposedly busy with homework, what would be the chances they are?
I think the odds are inversely proportional to the many distractions at hand:
- tv is the biggest
- sports on tv is bigger still
- sports on one channel and man vs wild on another, is completely a no brainer
- eric and adam together, there is potential for distraction
- donuts left unguarded in the kitchen.
Regrettably, all these distractions are in effect now. So….think ‘pooch’.
On the other hand, they are both off school tomorrow, so this is like the friday night that isn’t. They will have a blast together, and so they should. It is the weekend!

I hope I am going to pass this. Lord knows I should not. The teacher is excellent and I have learned much, much more about blogging here.

Never to people I know ever imagine a visit from a family member to be so fun. But not so for the Ormesher Clan. It is a case of seeing is truly believing.
Not sure how many seconds Mom spent on the Wet Coast. It did not seem like many, and surely not enough. But when you count the fun we had, you can scarely imagine it was only days. And heaven forbid it would be years, as you just would not get much work done.
And not that it started smoothly. Air Canada’s insult to their frequent flying customers did not stop on making her stop in Calgary, just to ensure she knew they thought she was second class. Adding injury to the insult, was the handling of her suitcase. The darn machine did not want to spit it out in a timely manner. So an hour after we landed, Mom, Adam, Eric and I were off to find the car…a bit frazzled from the wait, and the 100 questions that were brimming from her fertile mind.
